Engaged Social Networking (ESN) was founded by Lindsay Harrison-Eirich. On leaving school, Lindsay worked in event planning and hospitality, fields that served well to train her in the importance of understanding and meeting a customer’s needs.
She moved into and learned the essentials of marketing and product rebranding, where she became familiar with one of that field’s most exciting and promising tools: social media. She came to perceive a void, a need for a company specializing in social media marketing. She created that company. ESN’s rapid growth of the past two years has proven her perception correct.
Many different things motivate Lindsay to make ESN the customer-oriented and service-oriented business that it is. “Each day is a change of pace,” she says, excitement growing in her voice as she talks about her work. “A new avenue to explore, a different direction, a fresh approach. Social media in general is ever-changing.”
But there are things that will not change. Things Lindsay and ESN won’t compromise or take shortcuts on. The direct and personable relationship ESN has with its customers. Working closely to meet a client’s social media needs. Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied.

Gaby Cappaert joins the Eng@ged team as a full-time Social Media Specialist servicing companies along the beautiful Lake Michigan Shoreline. While taking multiple marketing classes at Lakeland University, Gaby discovered a passion for social media marketing. At no surprise upon graduation, she began to pursue a career path in online marketing and landed herself a position with our company! She is a highly motivated and creative young professional who will focus on creating and publishing relevant, original, high-quality content, managing marketing campaigns and acting as community leader in the Manitowoc and Sheboygan County area (if you see her around, be sure to say “hi!”)
Gaby has a credible understanding of social media and what it can do for a business; creating a positive relationship is vital. “I want to generate real results for our area businesses with original content and engaging social media strategies, it's a type of passion!” she says smiling. Growing up around her family’s self-starter - small businesses have taught her about the amount of dedication and hard work it takes to keep them thriving.
Gaby graduated from Lakeland University – Sheboygan, Wisconsin with a Business Management Degree and focused studies in Health Care Management. She plans to bring a young, new innovative way to the so ever changing social media market.

Lindsey Scheuer joins the team as our Graphic Designer and Web Specialist. Lindsey’s passion for print and web design developed throughout her career as she saw the positive impact design had on helping businesses connect and communicate with others. She has worked for companies both large and small, helping to create designs that inspire others. She is very excited to work with local businesses here to do the same!
Lindsey attended college at Concordia University - Mequon and The Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, graduating with a degree in Business Communications and a minor in Digital Design.
Lindsey is recently married and lives in Howards Grove with her husband, Max, and Golden Retriever puppy, Scout. She loves staying active outdoors, coaching volleyball, and spending time with family whenever she gets the chance!
